These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the xc555 website located at https://xc555.cam (the "Platform"), operated by xc555 ("we", "us", "our"). xc555 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform serving users in Pakistan and other markets.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user ("User", "you", "your"), and xc555. By accessing, registering on or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full.
2. You are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 4.
4. You accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that xc555 provides no guarantee of winnings or returns.
5. You agree to be bound by any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games or features, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms (see Section 15) constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register for and use an Account on the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction — whichever is greater. Age alone does not determine the lawfulness of gambling in your location.
• Be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
• Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information at all times.
• Not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction, or be accessing the Platform in contravention of applicable local law.
• Not be self-excluded from gambling on any platform, either voluntarily or under regulatory direction.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director or agent of xc555 or any of its associated operating entities, unless express written permission has been granted.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening multiple accounts (known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. xc555 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account credentials. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where the feature is available.
• Notify xc555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

xc555 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported immediately.

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible-gambling requirements, xc555 may require Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing deposits, withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include:

• A valid, government-issued photo identity document — such as a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, official bank statement or similar document where required).
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification system.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

Deposits must be made using payment methods approved by xc555. The Platform may reference local Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references for Users. These references do not constitute endorsement of gambling by any payment provider, nor a guarantee that a specific method is available or supported.

Key deposit conditions include:

• All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits set by the operator.
• Deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments owned by the registering User. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• xc555 reserves the right to reverse any deposit where AML or KYC checks cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Currency amounts referenced on this Platform are typically expressed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Actual transaction currency may vary depending on the operator's processing infrastructure.
• Transaction fees, if applicable, are borne by the User unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion or platform notice.

xc555 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. Do not send physical cash or money orders to any address associated with xc555.

Users may request withdrawal of real-money balances (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned by and registered to the same User.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are set by the operator.
• Processing times vary by payment method. Standard bank transfer and digital wallet withdrawals typically process within one to five business days, subject to AML review.
• xc555 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding applicable thresholds.
• Withdrawals requested while an Account is under investigation may be suspended pending resolution of the investigation.

xc555 may offer various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings become withdrawable. The applicable multiple is stated in each promotion's specific terms. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotions are limited to one per User, household, IP address and device unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: Use of multiple accounts, VPNs, bonus arbitrage strategies or any form of coordinated manipulation to exploit promotional offers is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and Account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds expire in accordance with the timeline stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Account.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash equivalent and are not transferable between accounts or to third parties.
• Amendment & Withdrawal: xc555 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any qualifying bets already placed will count toward the wagering requirement as of the cancellation date.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform. Violation of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

• Opening or operating more than one Account simultaneously or consecutively without authorisation.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information, including identity documents.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using any bot, automated system, script or software to interact with the Platform in place of a natural human user.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or other strategies that exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or through circumvention tools such as VPNs or proxies to obscure your true location.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or xc555 staff in any communication channel.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game descriptions, odds guides, betting tutorials, logos, icons, design elements and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of xc555 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, sell or sub-licence any Content without the prior written consent of xc555.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Use any xc555 brand name, logo or trademark in a manner that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by xc555 without express written authorisation.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to xc555 through support channels or otherwise become the property of xc555 and may be used without restriction or compensation.

xc555 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data handling commitments include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
• xc555 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS with 256-bit encryption.
• KYC documents are handled under strict confidentiality protocols and retained only for the period required by applicable AML obligations.
• Users may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data by contacting support directly.

2. No Gambling Loss Liability: xc555 and its affiliates, directors, employees and contractors are not liable for any gambling losses incurred by Users on any operator platform accessed via xc555 content or links. Gambling involves financial risk and all losses are the sole responsibility of the User.
3. Indirect Damages: In no event shall xc555 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even where xc555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Maximum Liability: Where liability cannot be excluded by law, xc555's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action shall not exceed the amount paid by that User to xc555 (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

xc555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a Platform notice, email to registered Users, or update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account before the effective date.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. xc555 accepts no liability for your failure to review amendments in a timely manner.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xc555's operating entity is incorporated or licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that governing jurisdiction.

Where applicable, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under the consumer protection or data protection laws of your local jurisdiction, to the extent that such rights cannot be waived by contract.

xc555 acknowledges that Pakistan has gambling restrictions including, but not limited to, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that the lawfulness of accessing online gambling services from Pakistan depends on applicable federal and provincial law and on how the specific platform is structured internationally.

xc555 does not:

• Hold or claim to hold a gambling licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or any provincial authority.
• Claim endorsement, approval or regulation by the State Bank of Pakistan, Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah or any other Pakistani financial institution.
• Confirm or deny the lawfulness of gambling for any individual user based in Pakistan. This requires independent legal advice.
